1. Who will service the machine?

If you have your own lift technicians and qualify to perform service yourself, HYRAX can provide training for your mechanics. Furthermore, HYRAX works with service partners and dealers who are always available to service your machine.

2. What are the maintenance intervals?

The operation and maintenance manual clearly describes the maintenance intervals. Besides periodic maintenance, the lifts should be inspected annually, or as prescribed by local law, by a certified lift inspector.

3. Which engines are used to power the HYRAX?

A Kubota 18.5 kW 3-cylinder diesel engine that complies with Tier 4 emissions standards.

6. Which standards does the HYRAX meet?

ANSI/SAIA A92.20:2021 and CSA B354.6:2017. Our machines are manufactured in our own production facility in The Netherlands (Europe) and comply with these standards. They have been tested and certified by TÜV SÜD America.

7. Is the HYRAX built for rough conditions?

Absolutely. HYRAX lifts have proven themselves in North American freezing conditions. They are trusted by rental companies and their customers and perform exceptionally well on construction sites.

8. How does the self-leveling system work?

The self-leveling system is fully automatic. The chassis has a pivot point that keeps the upper frame level up to 15 degrees. The basket also levels itself. While in transport mode, you can turn off the self-leveling function if needed. For example, when loading the HYRAX onto a trailer.

9. Why can you fold the tracks of the 27.41?

For example, to fit between the axles of a bumper-pull trailer. With the tracks folded, the HYRAX is 5 ft 8.9 in wide, allowing it to fit through a standard double door. Additionally, the horizontal outreach to the front increases.

– 1 year from the delivery date on all components.
– 2 years from the delivery date on all structural parts.
– Warranty excludes wearing parts and improper use.
– Ex works, working hours and travel costs for warranty jobs outside our factory will be charged.
